The Ride for Mental Health
The Ride for Mental Health is one of the first rides in the country to benefit mental health. The proceeds raised will be donated to McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, for the education, research and treatment of mental illness including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, eating disorders and substance abuse.
All proceeds benefit Tour de Kingston Community Scholarships and the YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County’s Youth Bicycle Safety Programs.

We created the Ramble to share the pleasure of riding through our scenic countryside, and to encourage you to donate money to support and extend the Harlem Valley Rail Trail for bikers, joggers, walkers & everyone.
