Social hour is from 6:00 - 6:45pm where we have an opportunity to socialize with new and old friends and enjoy drinks from the cash bar. Following welcome remarks from our club president, dinner will be served at 6:45pm. Dinner Menu:

Our guest speaker will be MHBC member, Mike Monastero.  Mike is the owner of Babylon Bike Shop located on Long Island and is a professional bike fitter and a USA Cycling Advanced coach.  Mike will share his experience and insights on topics such as what cycling equipment and trends are hype and what are not, riding pain free, and how to improve your performance ( longer distances, faster times and more comfortable rides). Also, Jeff Saffir, MHBC President, and a few board members will discuss plans for the upcoming riding season.
